1 // 2020 Corporate Responsibility Report
Dear Stakeholders,
We are once again honored by the trust you have placed in our company to provide an unmatched level of hospitality service to our customers and guests, while maintaining our commitment to creating long-term value for our shareholders, practicing good corporate governance, creating a safe and healthy work environment, advancing responsible environmental stewardship and being
a compassionate and ethical community neighbor.
While the events of 2020 tested and tried the world's resolve, they also highlighted the abilities of individuals and organizations to solve and overcome challenges. Like others, the challenges we faced were complex and ever-changing. However, our team of dedicated, passionate employees met those challenges with resilience and compassion. Our historic focus on innovation and safety positioned us well
to deal with COVID-19 and the related issues, while also allowing us to continue to generate free cash flow, reduce our leverage and progress our operational, strategic and financial priorities. I would like to thank our global team for their tireless efforts. Your diligence, pride and focus on safety has allowed us to keep our locations open and our guests comfortable and safe throughout the pandemic.
In 2020 and in 2021, we have elevated the visibility and focus of our environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts companywide and are currently developing initiatives to continue to improve transparency and performance. We maintained
a strong focus on safety in 2020 and achieved a 20 percent decrease in our Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) compared to 2019, exceeding our performance goal. We have also continued our focus on environmental protection and conservation and maintained our efforts to advance various diversity and inclusion initiatives across the business, including relationships with our Indigenous partners. Also
in 2020, as in previous years, our team sustained our steadfast commitment to helping our neighbors when they needed us most. In addition to providing COVID-19-related support, we supported relief efforts following flooding, hurricanes and bushfires in the areas where we operate. We have also progressed our corporate governance efforts with the recent adoption of a formal human rights policy and increased diversity on our Board of Directors.
We will continue to push forward on our ESG efforts as we work to stimulate economic growth in our communities, provide value for our shareholders and create welcoming places to live and work for our guests. As the world determines progressively more effective ways to deal with COVID-19, we understand that many unprecedented challenges remain, of which there are no easy answers. At Civeo, we embrace these challenges and look forward to developing innovative solutions to help build a stronger, fairer and more prosperous future for all.

President and Chief Executive Officer
