Korian group announced that it now fully established her Group Management Board following the arrival of Charles-Antoine Pinel, Nicolas Mérigot and Frédéric Durousseau. Charles-Antoine Pinel is appointed Executive Vice President of the Seniors Division in France while Nicolas Mérigot is appointed Executive Vice President of the Healthcare Division in France. Both of these positions were temporarily being filled by Sophie Boissard. Frédéric Durousseau is appointed Group Chief Real Estate and Development Officer. Charles-Antoine Pinel, France Seniors Division Executive Vice President, is responsible for long-term care nursing homes for the elderly and seniors care services for France. His role will involve implementing development projects for this business line and for the French network, currently comprised of 290 facilities. Nicolas Mérigot, France Healthcare Division Executive Vice President, is responsible for the Healthcare division in France. He will notably be tasked with developing this network. Frédéric Durousseau, Chief Real Estate and Development Officer, is responsible for establishing and implementing the Group's real estate strategy and for developing strategic partnerships with investors and real estate developers.
