CNMC Goldmine Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based gold mining company. The principal activities of the Company are those of an investment holding and management company. The Company operates through two segments: Mining and Other operations. Mining segment is engaged in exploration, development, mining, and marketing of gold and lead, and zinc concentrates. Other operations segment include investment holding company and provision of corporate services. The Company’s flagship project includes the Sokor Gold Field project, which covers an area of approximately 2,370 acres. The Sokor Gold Field project is located in the District of Tanah Merah, Kelantan, Malaysia, and it is accessible by traveling southwest from the town of Tanah Merah. The area is underlain by mildly metamorphosed volcanoes of the Permian and Triassic ages. The Company’s Kelgold project comprises a 100%-owned right to explore for gold in an area of approximately 11 square kilometers (km2).
