SUMMIT is its randomized, global, multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-part Phase II clinical trial for patients with Non-AdvSM. APEX is an open-label, global, multicenter study evaluating the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetic, and pharmacodynamic profiles of bezuclastinib.
