BORSA ITALIANA S.P.A. APPROVES THE ADMISSION TO TRADING OF THE ORDINARY SHARES OF

COMER INDUSTRIES S.P.A. IN EURONEXT MILAN

FIRST TRADING DAY WILL BE JULY 12TH, 2023

Reggiolo, 10 luglio 2023 - Comer Industries S.p.A. ("Comer Industries" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") - a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and at the head of a Group that is a world leader in the design and production of advanced engineering systems and mechatronic solutions for power transmission - hereby announces that, today, Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Borsa Italiana") approved, with provision no.26622, the start of trading of the ordinary shares of the Company (ISIN IT0005246191) on the regulated market Euronext Milan, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana ("Euronext Milan") from July 12th, 2023.

On the same date, the ordinary shares of the Company will be delisted from trading on multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan ("Euronext Growth Milan"). Therefore, the last day of trading of the ordinary shares of Comer Industries S.p.A. on Euronext Growth Milan will be July 11th, 2023

The Company announces that the Prospectus was filed today with Consob and published in the form and

terms

required

by

law

on

the

Company's
