NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná ("Sanepar"), ("Company"), in attention to the provisions of article 26 of Resolution CVM No. 81/2022, communicates to its shareholders, investors and the market at large that it has resubmitted the Distance Voting Ballot, referring to the 60th Annual General Meeting, that will be held on April 29, 2024, for inclusion of candidates to the Board of Directors of the Company, nominated by Real Investor Asset Management, to the position destinated of minority and preferred shareholders, as detailed in the Management Proposal (Portuguese only).

Votes received up to this date will be considered valid.

If deemed appropriate, shareholders may submit a new voting instruction until April 22, 2024.

To prevent the eventual voting instruction from being considered conflicting, it is recommended that shareholders use the same channel as the one previously used.

The material related to the 60th Annual General Meeting can be consulted on the Company's website at ri.sanepar.com.br.
