DEBENTURE ISSUE
Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais - COPASA MG (B3: CSMG3), under CVM Resolution 44/2021, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Board of Directors, at a meeting held on April 25, 2024, authorized the contracting of a capital market transaction through its 19th issue of simple, unsecured debentures, not convertible into shares, for public distribution, under automatic registration process, aimed at professional investors, under a firm placement regime, according to CVM Resolution 160/2022, of up to R$1.3 billion, in 2 (two) series. The proceeds will be allocated to the execution of part of the Company's investment program and liquidity reserve (increase in the Company's minimum cash balance).
