Anhui Haihui Supply Chain Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue common shares at an issue price for gross proceeds of CNY 130 million on January 30, 2023. The transaction included participation from returning investors, Conch (Anhui) Energy Saving and Environment Protection New Material Co., Ltd. by investing CNY 26 million, Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited by investing CNY 88.4 million, Beijing Chinaway Technologies Co.,Ltd. by investing CNY 2.6 million and Anhui Conch Information Technology Engineering Co., Ltd by investing CNY 13 million. The transaction has been approved at the twenty-eighth meeting of the ninth session of the board of directors of the company.
Conch Anhui Energy Saving and Environment Protection New Material Co Ltd, formerly Wuhu Conch Profiles and Science Co Ltd, is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of plastic profiles and doors and windows.
