CORSAIR shared compelling results from a new DFC Intelligence Survey, indicating strong upside potential to the PC hardware and components market over the next two years. According to the DFC survey, 84% of PC enthusiasts and gamers who built PC systems in 2020 within the high-spend segment plan to either build or buy new PCs over the next 24 months. These findings underscore the strength of the expected surge in consumer demand within Corsair's key PC hardware markets.

The survey, conducted by DFC Intelligence to study spending habits of PC gaming enthusiasts, polled over 1,000 PC builders and buyers, asking "When do you plan on your next PC build or purchase as well as how much responders spent annually on gaming and associated hardware. DFC found that 60% of respondents who built PCs in 2019 expressed intentions to build or purchase new systems in the next two years. This number rose to a boasting 84% amongst those who built PCs during COVID lockdown and who typically invest $2,000 or more annually in their gaming passion.
