COSCO SHIPPING Interntnl HONGKONG : International Wins the Gold Award in the Asset Corporate Awards for Three Consecutive Years

On 15th December 2016, the gala dinner for the Asset Corporate Awards 2016 organised by the Asia's renowned financial magazine, The Asset, was held in Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong. COSCO SHIPPING International successfully outperformed many other participating companies and was honoured with the Gold Award in the Asset Corporate Awards by the judging panel for three consecutive years. This demonstrated that the Company's outstanding performance in corporate governance, social responsibility, environmental responsibility and investor relations was highly acclaimed by the capital market.

With a view to adhering to the mission of China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited in implementing good corporate governance and achieving green development, COSCO SHIPPING International is committed to the construction and improvement of its corporate governance system and various mechanisms of the Company.
