Cosmo Pharmaceuticals Announces Senior Leadership Changes

Dublin, Ireland - 23 November 2020: Cosmo Pharmaceuticals N.V. (SIX: COPN) today announced two senior leadership changes which will take effect from the 1st of January 2021.

Mr. Giuseppe Cipriano, the current COO, will be appointed to the position of Chief People Officer of Cosmo and will take the lead for all aspects related to managing human resources and industrial relations. Mr. Cipriano has been COO since 2001.

Mr. Marco Lecchi, the current Head of Internal Audit, will be appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Lecchi has been with Cosmo since 2001 and served as Deputy CFO since 2007 prior to his appointment as Head of Internal Audit in 2016.
