Taisei Co.,Ltd (Fukuoka) (TSE:3359) announced a private placement of 38,200 treasury shares at ¥541 per share with Trust & Custody Services Bank, Ltd., Investment Arm for gross proceeds of ¥20,666,200 on September 3, 2014. The investor will hold 1.04% stake in the company upon completion of the transaction. The shares will be issued through third party allocation.
On the same date, the transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company. The subscription date and payment date of the transaction is September 19, 2014.
