CREEK & RIVER Co., Ltd. (TSE:4763) agreed to acquire ALFA PMC Co., Ltd. from Hidehito Kawahara for ¥1 million on May 24, 2023. In similar transaction CREEK & RIVER Co., Ltd. (TSE:4763) agreed to acquire ALFA PMC Co., Ltd. newly issued shares. The transaction is expected to close on May 31, 2023.
Creek & River Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the production and agency business of video, games, the Web, and advertising and publishing. The Company operates through four business segments. The Creative Field (Japan) segment and the Creative Field (Korea) segment are engaged in the video, games, the Web, advertising/publishing business. It operates in Japan, South Korea, China and the United States. It also provides rights management business and the development and operation of the target training curriculum. The Medical Sector segment is engaged in the development businesses centered on doctor agencies under the brand of private medical office. The Accounting and Legal Profession segment operates an agency business for accountants and lawyers. It is also engaged in information technology, fashion and other businesses.
