CREEK & RIVER Co., Ltd. (TSE:4763) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 300,000 shares, representing 1.34% of its total shares outstanding excluding treasury shares, for a total of ¥500 million. The purpose of repurchase program is to implement a flexible capital policy that responds to changes in the business environment.
The repurchase program is valid till August 31, 2024. As of April 11, 2024, the company has 22,429,015 shares outstanding excluding treasury shares and has 579,985 shares in treasury.
