CREEK & RIVER Co., Ltd. (TSE:4763) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 265,000 shares, representing 1.18% of its total shares outstanding excluding treasury shares, for a total of ¥500 million. The purpose of repurchase program is to implement a flexible capital policy that responds to changes in the business environment.
The repurchase program is valid till February 28, 2023. As of January 11, 2023, the company has 22,469,545 shares outstanding excluding treasury shares and has 539,455 shares in treasury.
