Earnings Release and Conference Call Scheduled for November 7

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 2013-- The Board of Directors of Crestwood Equity GP LLC, general partner of Crestwood Equity Partners LP (NYSE: CEQP) ("Crestwood Equity") announced that it has declared the partnership's quarterly cash distribution of $0.135 per limited partner unit ($0.54 annually) for the quarter ended September 30, 2013. The distribution will be paid on November 14, 2013, to unitholders of record as of November 7, 2013.

Crestwood Equity and Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: CMLP) each plan to report financial results for the third quarter 2013 on Thursday, November 7, 2013, before the New York Stock Exchange opens for trading. Following the announcement, management will host a joint conference call for investors and analysts at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central Time) that day to discuss the operating and financial results. The call will be broadcast live over the internet. Investors may participate either by phone or audio webcast.
