Cryoport, Inc. (NasdaqCM:CYRX) acquired Bluebird Express LLC for $10.2 million on November 16, 2023. Bluebird Express team of seasoned veterans will merge into CRYOPDP's global network and will expand U.S. presence. The purchase consideration was $10.2 million, comprised of upfront consideration of $4.5 million and an earn-out provision with a fair value of $5.7 million, based on achieving certain revenue and EBITDA targets through 2026.
