Notice is hereby served that the extraordinary general meeting of Cyviz AS, org. no 965 451 129 (the "Company") will be held on 1 June 2023 at 09:30, immediately following the annual general meeting, cf. notice of May 23 2023. The meeting will be held digitally via Teams.

The notice of the annual general meeting is enclosed and will also be made available at www.cyviz.com. 

Power of attorney must be received by 31 May 2023 at 09:00. Power of attorney form is attached to the notice as Appendix 1.
