YNK Company Inc, Yoonkyung Jeon, LMK Partners and Jaewoo Lee completed the acquisition of 7.2% stake in DaeChang Solution Co., Ltd. from Jeong-Ho Park, Myung-seop Han for KRW 3.3 billion.

YNK Company Inc and Yoonkyung Jeon signed a contract to acquire 11.6% stake in DaeChang Solution Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A096350) from Jeong-Ho Park and Myung-seop Han for KRW 4.6 billion on April 23, 2018. Under the terms, YNK Company Inc and Yoonkyung Jeon will acquire 1.26 million shares and 0.14 million shares respectively of DaeChang Solution Co., Ltd from Jeong-Ho Park at KRW 2,150 per share and Yoonkyung Jeon will acquire 0.75 million shares of DaeChang Solution Co., Ltd from Myung-seop Han at KRW 2,150 per share. Post-acquisition, YNK Company Inc will hold 1.26 million shares, Jeong-Ho Park will hold 2.76 million shares and Myung-seop Han will hold 0.69 million shares of DaeChang Solution Co., Ltd.
As of May 23, 2018, YNK Company Inc and Yoonkyung Jeon changed the number of shares to be acquired. YNK Company Inc and Yoonkyung Jeon will acquire 0.85 million shares and 0.014 million shares from Jeong-Ho Park respectively. Yoonkyung Jeon will also acquire 0.29 million shares from Myung-seop Han. LMK Partners and Jaewoo Lee also agreed to buy stake in DaeChang Solution Co., Ltd. from Jeong-Ho Park and Myung-seop Han. LMK Partners will acquire 0.54 million shares from Jeong-Ho Park and 0.06 million shares from Myung-seop Han. Jaewoo Lee will acquire 0.4 million shares from Myung-seop Han. The transaction is expected to complete on June 7, 2018 and the balance payment will be made on the same date. On May 25, 2018, Jeong-Ho Park and Myung-seop Han completed the sale of 0.54 million shares and 0.46 million shares respectively. On May 30, 2018, Jeong-Ho Park completed the sale of 0.1 million shares. On June 8, 2018, Jeong-Ho Park completed the sale of 0.16 million shares. On July 20, 2018, Jeong-Ho Park and Myung-seop Han completed the sale of 0.1 million shares and 0.2 million shares respectively.
