DaeChang Solution Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A096350) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program the company will repurchase up to KRW 2,000 million worth of shares under the contract with IBK Securities Co. Ltd. The repurchases will be made for stability of stock price and enhancement of shareholder value.
The repurchase program will be valid till September 19, 2014. As of December 31, 2013, the company has 280,000 shares within dividend capacity and no shares through other acquisition.
