DarkPulse, Inc. entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Neural Signals Inc. Pursuant to the Agreement, the parties agreed to form a joint venture for the purpose of developing marketing and selling products and services based on the patents issued to NSI. The Agreement requires NSI to provide the use its technology, and that the Company contribute $350,000, initially. The joint venture is owned 50/50 between the Company and NSI, with net profits/revenues paid pursuant to the same 50/50 split.
