Under the terms, Dayou Plus Co.,Ltd will acquire 4,649,893 shares and post completion will have 7,084,589 shares. During the year ended September 30, 2022, Winia Electronics America, Inc had total assets of KRW 173.49 billion.
The deal is expected to complete on February 13, 2023.
