Dayou A-Tech Co.,Ltd (KOSE:A002880) agreed to acquire 16.16% stake from Dayou Plus Co.,Ltd (KOSE:A000300) for KRW 8.7 billion on September 19, 2023. The transaction is expected to close on September 19, 2023.
