Dayou AP Co.,Ltd. to Raise KRW 13.5 Billion in Private Placement of 2% Bonds Due 2022

Dayou AP Co.,Ltd. agreed to raise KRW 13.5 billion in a private placement of bonds due 2022. The bonds will bear a coupon rate of 2% per annum, and will mature on June 28, 2022.
