NOTIFICATION FROM THE BELGIAN AUTHORITIES FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES AND MARKETS AND PUBLISHED IN APPLICATION OF ARCTICLE 7 § 3 OF THE LAW OF 2 AUGUST 2002.

Deceuninck refers to the press release of this morning, 25 August 2014, about the acquisition by Deceuninck of the Turkish company Pimaş.

Upon request of the company the listing of the financial instrument Deceuninck NV, ISIN BE0003789063 on Euronext Brussels will be suspended from 25 August 8:25 onwards.

The trading of the share will be resumed as soon as Deceuninck publishes a press release about the financing.
