London, December 2021: Deliveroo has announced the launch of its eagerly anticipated gift card just in time for the last minute Secret Santa and stocking filler gift rush.
The new physical gift cards will be stocked in WHSmith and Wilko ahead of Christmas and offer customers gift credit amounts ranging from £15 to £150, which can be used on any restaurant, grocery or pharmacy partners on the Deliveroo app.
The cards will help the nation give the gift of food and drink this year, enabling people to enjoy a delicious meal,special tipple, supermarket shop or even pharmacy essentials, while supporting their favourite chains and independent restaurants, grocers and pharmacies local to them.
Customers can simply add the credit to their Deliveroo account by entering the unique code on the back of their gift card.
Steps on how to use the gift card to order on Deliveroo below:
- Find the unique code on the back of the Deliveroo gift card
- Head to the "My Account" section on the Deliveroo app and go to "Vouchers and credit"
- Press "Add Code" in the top right corner
- Enter the unique code and press submit
- The credit will be automatically applied to the next order! Any remaining balance will be saved for next time
The gift cards will be available in 1,400 stores ahead of Christmas.
