• Deliveroo riders can earn up to 50% cashback rewards from well-loved brands such as Circles.Life, Calvin Klein, Zalora and more via the BenefitHub portal
  • Cashback rewards will be credited directly to riders' individual e-wallets and can be easily cashed-out upon accumulation of a minimum of $10

Deliveroo Singapore today announced a partnership with BenefitHub, a leading integrated lifestyle benefits and rewards portal, to offer its fleet of over 11,000 riders access to over 200 everyday discounts and benefits, tailored to riders' needs, starting tomorrow (1 June).

The partnership is a testament to Deliveroo's ongoing commitment to regular engagement with its riders through various initiatives, whether it is upskilling and training opportunities or improving their working environment. As part of the latest rider initiative, Deliveroo riders can access the BenefitHub portal to discover local savings from merchants in their neighbourhood and shop hundreds of deals, with new offers added daily.

The discounts and benefits span across different lifestyle areas, including food and dining, automobile, travel and well-being. Riders can look forward to attractive rewards, including exclusive deals of up to 50% cashback from well-loved brands such as Circles.Life, Calvin Klein, Charles & Keith, DirectAsia Insurance, Klook, Shopee, Lazada, Sephora, Zalora, Crocs, Trip.com and more. These cashback rewards will be credited directly to their individual e-wallets available on the portal and can be cashed out upon accumulation of a minimum of $10 in their e-wallets.

Existing perks for Deliveroo riders are also now available on BenefitHub's platform. These include 20% offStarHub Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) monthly plans, 30% offM1's Corporate Individual Scheme (CORI) monthly plans and 20% offVROOM's motorcycle rental with free servicing.

"Our riders are at the heart of all that we do, and their well-being is of utmost importance. Through regular rider surveys, we are able to determine the type of support required by them to tailor our initiatives according to their needs. We are incredibly grateful to our riders who display care and dedication in delivering Singaporeans' favourite meals to their homes and are pleased to secure additional deals and benefits for them via the BenefitHub platform to express our gratitude," said Jason Parke, Head of Operations, Deliveroo Singapore.

Deliveroo's partnership with BenefitHub marks the latest in a series of rider-focused schemes. Existing rider perks include discounted food and drinks for riders during and after their working hours, in partnership with Deliveroo's restaurant partners, vehicle care promotions, restaurant deals and accessories.

Earlier this month, Deliveroo partnered with Singapore Kindness Movement to distribute Kindness Kits to its riders on Kindness Day Singapore to recognise and thank riders for their steadfast work, especially as front liners during the pandemic.

Last October, Deliveroo collaborated with Silver Ribbon Singapore to conduct Rider Stress Management workshops to teach riders the importance of mental health and valuable tips on managing challenging situations. In 2021, Deliveroo boosted efforts to upskill and train its riders through an expanded learning initiative that includes partnerships with education and training platforms such as Adept Academy and OpenClassrooms, supporting its riders in their journey for lifelong learning.
