Deutsche Wohnen Management Board member Henrik Thomsen to join QUARTERBACK Immobilien AG

• Henrik Thomsen will leave the Management Board of Deutsche Wohnen SE at the end of 2021
• QUARTERBACK Immobilien AG is responsible for Deutsche Wohnen's project development business as a strategic partner
• Deutsche Wohnen focuses on new construction as an important contribution to easing the housing market and achieving a climate-neutral portfolio

Berlin, December 8, 2021. Henrik Thomsen will join the Management Board of QUARTERBACK Immobilien AG, in which Deutsche Wohnen SE has bundled its new construction activities, on January 1, 2022. As a result, he will leave the Management Board of Deutsche Wohnen at the end of this year.

Henrik Thomsen was appointed to the Management Board of Deutsche Wohnen in 2019 and, as Chief Development Officer, was responsible for new construction and portfolio investments, technical infrastructure, and digitalization.

The Supervisory Board and Management Board of Deutsche Wohnen would like to thank Henrik Thomsen for his successful work and high level of commitment on the Management Board of Deutsche Wohnen. They welcome the fact that as a member of the Management Board of QUARTERBACK, he will remain associated with the company.
