Duratex S.A. reported consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and first half of 2020. For the quarter, the company reported net revenue of BRL 1,046,439,000 compared to BRL 1,144,658,000 a year ago. Net loss was BRL 23,582,000 compare to net income of BRL 69,378,000 a year ago. Recurring Net Income was BRL 2,213,000 compared to BRL 69,480,000 a year ago. Loss per share was BRL 0.0342 compared to earnings per share of BRL 0.1005 a year ago.
For the first half of 2020, the company reported net revenue of BRL 2,208,027,000 compared to BRL 2,217,192,000 a year ago. Net income was BRL 28,409,000 compare to net income of BRL 93,276,000 a year ago. Recurring Net Income was BRL 71,050,000 compared to BRL 88,742,000 a year ago.
