DFCC Bank PLC announced that Thimal Perera succeeded Lakshman Silva as Ex-Officio Director with effect from January 1, 2022. Lakshman Silva ceased to be Director of the Bank. Mr. Perera functioned as the deputy chief executive officer of the company from August 16, 2017 untill his appointment as CEO.
He was appointed as an executive director of the company on July 1, 2019.
