DGB Asia Berhad (KLSE:DGB) signed a letter of intent to acquire 30% stake in Infostrike Sdn Bhd from Pei Lai Choon for MYR 30 million on January 5, 2021. DGB Asia will acquire 0.15 million shares. The transaction is subject to conduct of due diligence and shareholder approval and is expected to close in 6 months.
