DIALOG AXIATA PLC - DEMISE OF A DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY
It is with profound sadness that the Board of Directors of Dialog Axiata PLC ("Dialog") announces the untimely demise of Mr Azwan Khan Osman Khan, Non-Independent,Non-Executive Director of Dialog, on 13 May 2023.
By virtue of being a Nominee Director of Axiata Group Berhad ("Axiata"), Mr Azwan Khan Osman Khan had a Relevant Interest in 6,785,252,765 (82.27%) ordinary shares of Dialog as at the date of his demise. The said shares are held by Axiata Investment Labuan Limited which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Axiata.
