Diamond Hill Investment Group, Inc. announced that its board of directors has approved payment of a regular quarterly cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2021 of $1.00 per share. The fourth quarter regular dividend will be paid on December 10, 2021, to shareholders of record as of November 29, 2021. The company expects 100% of the distributions to be classified as qualified dividends.

The Company operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, Diamond Hill Capital Management, Inc. (DHCM). DHCM is an investment adviser and administrator for the Diamond Hill Funds, a series of open-end mutual funds (the Funds). DHCM also provides investment advisory and related services to the Diamond Hill Micro Cap Fund, LP (DHMF), a private fund, as well as, separately managed accounts, collective investment trusts, other pooled vehicles, including sub-advised funds, and model delivery programs.
