DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (NYSE:DBRG) acquired 33% stake in PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (IDX:CENT) for IDR 2 trillion on July 7, 2021. Under the terms of transaction, DigitalBridge Group will purchase 10.29 trillion shares at a purchase price of IDR 198 per share.
