Vantage Data Centers Management Company, LLC announced that it will receive $6400 million in round of funding co-led by returning investor Silver Lake Technology Management, L.L.C., investment vehicles managed by DigitalBridge Group, Inc. on January 9, 2024. The company will issue common shares in the transaction. The transaction is expected to close in first quarter of 2024.
