As discussed, Discovery Metals Limited (Discovery Metals) requests that an immediate voluntary suspension be granted by ASX with respect to Discovery Metals' securities (ASX code: DML).
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Discovery Metals provides the following information:
1. The voluntary suspension is requested pending a further update regarding the updated financial model and development pian far the proposed underground mining operations condition subsequent (Business Pian) to the Amended and Restated Facility Agreement announced as effective on 21July 2014, the release of which Discovery Metals expects to end the voluntary suspension;
2. Discovery Metals wishes the voluntary suspension to remain in piace until the earlier of Discovery Metals making the announcement described, or the commencement of trading on Thursday, 18 September 2014; and
3. Discovery Metals is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
