The Company is a parent company of NCF Grupo Financiero, a group which comprises such a number of controlled entities active in the financial sector as Credinka SA, an entity active in the microfinance sector; NCF Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversion SA, an investment funds administrator; NCF Bolsa Sociedad Agente de Bolsa SA, a brokerage house; NCF Inmobiliaria SA, a real estate company; NCF Valores SA, which focuses on the investment and acquisition of financial instruments, and NCF Consultores SA, which offers a variety of consulting services, among others. The Company also owns NCF Valores SA, NCF Inmobiliaria SA and Edpyme Alternativa SA.
