Do-Fluoride New Materials Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002407) commences share repurchases on September 25, 2023, under the program mandated by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 25, 2023. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 15,000,000 shares, for CNY 300 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 20 per share.

The shares repurchased will be used for ESOP or equity incentives. The program will be valid for a period of 12 months.
