On December 7, 2023, Cong Ty Co Phan Tscare closed the transaction. The company has amended the terms of the transaction. The company issued 12,154,142 common shares at an issue price of KRW 3,080.637498 per share for the gross proceeds of KRW 37,442,505,601.21672.
