Dongyang S.Tec Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A060380) agreed to sell 3% stake in Korea Flange Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A010100) for KRW 4.4 billion on August 7, 2014. Dongyang will sell 0.18 million shares. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Dongyang S.Tec Co.,Ltd on August 7, 2014. The transaction is expected to complete on December 31, 2014. As on December 30, 2014, the transaction is expected to close on June 30, 2015. As of June 30, 2015, the transaction is expected to close on December 31, 2015. As per amended terms the deal is expected to close on June 30, 2016. The deal is expected to close on December 30, 2016. As per amended terms the deal is now expected to close on June 30, 2017. On June 30, 2017, the expected sales date is amended to December 28, 2017. As of December 28, 2018, the transaction closing is scheduled for June 28, 2019.
