Doro AB (publ) at its EGM held on November 22, 2021, resolved to elect Henri ?sterlund as the new chairman of the Board. Lennart Jacobsen, Cecilia Ardstr?m and Towa Jexmark, and the employee representative Mona Sahlberg,
resign as members of the Board. The trade union Akademikerna has decided to appoint Fredrik L?thgren as their new employee representative.
Doro AB is a Sweden-based company that develops and sells electronic products, primarily in the telecommunications sector. The Companyâs product portfolio is divided into three business units, namely Telecom in Care Electronics, which provides mobile phones, cordless and corded phones, remote controls, alarm clocks and headsets, among others; mHealth, which provides mobile-based services in the health sector, such as Doro 3.0, the mobile application for Android telephones; and CareTech, entailing information technology (IT) solutions like IT outsourcing and Web products and services such as content management as well as document management, among others.
