Douglas Emmett, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on each share of its common stock of $0.19, or $0.76 on an annualized basis, to be paid on January 17, 2024 to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2023.

The services of its office segment include primarily the rental of office space and other tenant services, including parking and storage space rental. The services of its multifamily segment include primarily the rental of apartments and other tenant services, including parking and storage space rental.
