Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited announced that the board of directors in their meeting held on May 11, 2023, approved the recommendation of final dividend of INR 6 per equity share (@ 60% on a face value of INR 10 per share) for the year ended March 31, 2023 subject To Approve the shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company. Information regarding record date for payment of final dividend, if any, will be intimated in due course.
