The Board of Directors of Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Vinh Quan from the Board of Supervisors.

The Board of Directors approved the second dividend payment for 2015 of 15% (VND 1,500 for a share), in cash. Time of implementation is December 2015.
