Dynatronics Corporation announced the addition of two experienced sales managers to advance the company's strategic plans to accelerate organic sales growth. The company hired Shane James as its new eastern regional sales manager and Chris Ramsay as director of international sales. James has over 18 years of experience in the industry at DJO Global and Chattanooga Group with consistent year-over-year growth in the territories he has managed. He developed a successful track record of working with large accounts and increasing market share in his territory while building a reputation for exceeding customer expectations. His past responsibilities have included managing sales representatives as well as independent distributors. Mr. James has consistently been a top performer among his peer group. The addition of Mr. James creates a third sales management region and will allow for more intensive engagement with Dynatronics' 20 direct and 150 indirect dealer representatives. Ramsay will lead Dynatronics' international expansion efforts. Previously, Mr. Ramsay established a global training program for sales representatives at DJO Global and Chattanooga Group. Over the past 10 years he led the technical sales support effort globally and is certified as a Lean and Kaizen facilitator. In the last twelve months, Dynatronics has sought and received clearance to sell its advanced technology devices in numerous markets around the world. Dynatronics also announced the planned retirement of Kelvyn H. Cullimore, Sr., the company's founder and former chairman and president, effective December 31, 2016. Mr. Cullimore Sr. has been on part time status for the past few years with duties that included managing the company's international efforts. Kelvyn Sr. will transition his responsibilities to Mr. Ramsay over the remainder of the year.
