ECOTEQ ENERGY ASA On the 28th of November 2022 the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders were held. All resolutions were passed unanimously. Items 1 through 11, and item 15, were passed as stated in the Call for the Meeting while items 12,13 and first part of 14 (referring to the Election of Board of Directors) were passed subject to the Board of Directors confirming that certain closing conditions under certain agreements (items 12 and 13) are satisfactorily fulfilled.
