It operates as a subcontractor at the Edison Job Corps Academy, located in Edison, NJ, and the Blue Ridge Job Corps Center, located in Marion, VA. It provides all academic and vocational training at these two centers. It also operates as a subcontractor at the Homestead Job Corps Center in Homestead, FL, where it provides support services to the center.
