Its product candidates target the eIF4F complex and its activating kinase, MNK. Its second product candidate, zotatifin, is an inhibitor of eIF4A, a component of the eIF4F complex, and is being evaluated in a Phase 1/2 clinical trial in patients with certain solid tumors.
