EIZ Properties plc is a Zambia-based real estate investment company. The Company is formed for raising capital for property development, overseeing the construction of the Company's facility, and managing the marketing/leasing agent following completion of the project. The Company's site is located at the Agriculture and Commercial Show Society of Zambia in Lusaka, right behind the Arcades shopping complex, along Thabo Mbeki Road. The project includes an auditorium, exhibition galleries, lettable office space, and other spaces, such as creche, gym, and coffee shop/deli.
