Elysee Development Corp. (TSXV:ELC) announces a share repurchase program. Under the normal course issuer bid, the company will repurchase up to 1,422,530 shares, representing 4.99% of its outstanding shares.
The repurchased shares will be cancelled. Repurchases will be funded from existing working capital. The bid will expire on May 10, 2024, or such earlier time as the bid is completed or at the option of the company.
